Resort Description
The Palladium Palace is superbly located on the beautiful Bavaro Beach. You can float in the swimming pool and look out at the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Just steps away from the pool, a mile of white sand beach, enshrouded in coconut trees, follows the edge of sparkling water. Windsurfers glide in the breeze towards the coral reef. Sunbathers lie in the glorious climate, under thatched palapas. Paradise found. There are three restaurants, two are air-conditioned , the main restaurant offers buffet, and Mare Nostrum a la carte serves Mediterranean cuisine. An informal restaurant by the beach and pool makes it easy to get a light lunch or snack. Plus all the dining venues in the Palladium and Fiesta Beach Resorts.
Guests may also enjoy the 6 other restaurants located in the neighbouring Palladium Baváro Grand Resort & Spa and Fiesta Beach Resort & Spa (2 of which are a la carte Tex-Mex and Arrecife). And all the facilities of pools, bars, sports area, theaters, tennis courts, Casino, Spa.
Accommodations: Air conditioned rooms, a few with a king size bed , most have two double beds, satellite television, fridge with a drink welcome-pack, in-room safe, (no fee) full bathroom with tub, shower and hairdryer, balcony or patio. A few Junior suites, which have sea view.

- El Bohio - Serves continental breakfast (10:00 am to 12 noon), buffet lunch (12:00 noon to 4:00 pm) and snacks (10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
- Mare Nortrum - A la carte restaurant specializing in a wide variety of different Medit- erranean entrees. Serves dinner from 7pm-10pm. Reservations are required. Men are required to wear a dress shirt and long pants.
- La Garza - Located at the Palladium Bavaro Grand Resort & Spa this restauant offers late night snacks, sandwiches and pizza. Open from 5pm-6am.
- Las Torres - Buffet restaurant serving breakfast (7am-10am), lunch (11am-3pm) and dinner (7pm-10pm).
- La Chichigua - Casual buffet restauant serving Italian cuisine, pasta and pizza. Located at the Fiesta Beach. Serving lunch (11am-3pm) and dinner from 7pm-10pm.
