You may be lucky enough to see a visiting rock star perform a cooking demonstration there. Its Kid's Crib hosts Universal Orlando character dining and magic acts. American fare, Italian specialties, prime cuts of beef, and jumbo lobster are on the menu at the Palm Restaurant. Order a cocktail and a snack at the poolside Beachclub, and try a musically inspired ice cream flavor at Emack & Bolio's Marketplace, where you also can get Starbucks coffee. Enjoy cocktails and conversation at the chic Velvet Bar. Room service delivers 24 hours. Catch a movie on a big screen poolside on select days. From May to August, the resort hosts a DJ on Thursdays, a live band on Saturdays, and concert nights on Sundays.
