Accommodations: All the rooms and suites are outfitted with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, an honor bar, a clock radio, bathrobes, an iron and an ironing board, and a hairdryer. They have a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, or 2 double beds. Some have a fireplace, and many suites have a balcony or patio. TIP: The Fairmont Heritage Rooms are the smallest and least expensive yet quite elegant, and the newer Mission Suites are the most romantic. There is twice-daily housekeeping, and on-call laundry services.
Dining & Entertainment: A hearty country breakfast and an eclectic menu of American fare for lunch and dinner are served up in the casual bistro-style Big 3. Ask for the recipes for all your favorites, including the homemade macaroni and cheese. Poolside, the Water Tower offers sandwiches, salads, cocktails, and fruit smoothies. Fresh ingredients in simple dishes let the wonderful natural flavors come through at Sante Restaurant. Choose from hundreds of Sonoma and Napa wines. The weekend and holiday Sante Champagne Brunch celebrates innovative local cuisine and good taste. Arrangements can be made for in-room dining.
Recreation: In the fitness center, work out using an array of exercise equipment, including treadmills, stationary bikes, bench and leg presses, and free weights.
