Accommodations: Rooms and suites are housed within a 14-story tower and a separate 5-story wing. All are equipped with individually-controlled air-conditioning, 1 king or 2 double beds, satellite TV, phone with voicemail, in-room safe, mini-bar, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. Interconnecting rooms are available. Superior rooms have lagoon-views, deluxe rooms have views of the ocean, and the 13 suites on the club floor have balconies. Dining & Entertainment: El Caribeno is the main restaurant, overlooking the beach and open for all meals. Breakfast is served buffet-style, while guests choose from a menu of Caribbean and seafood specialties for lunch and dinner. Alfredo di Roma Pasta, Pizza, and Sports Bar boasts familial ties to the legendary restaurant where Fettuccini Alfredo was invented. Open for lunch and dinner, open for lunch and dinner, it serves homemade pizza, pasta, and salads. TIP: For dessert, try tiramisu, the house specialty. Cana Brava is a casual spot on the beach (and near the pool, since the pool is practically on the beach) which serves lunch, light fare, and informal meals. Tequila Collection Bar & Terrazza claims to serve six hundred different types of tequilas, and has a relaxed lounge-like atmosphere with live music on the weekends.
Recreation: The wide, white sands are considered some of the best in Mexico, and invite guests to swim, sunbathe, and join a variety of water sports. You can even indulge with a massage on the beach. Lounge poolside on a comfortable chaise lounge, and soak in the 5 whirlpools that are part of the swimming complex. An exercise facility caters to the fitness-minded. The Pok-Ta-Pok golf course is within walking distance, an archaeological park and a water park are a few miles away, and Mayan Ruins are just an hour's drive from the property.

- Frutas y Flores - A fresh pink and green coffee shop/snack bar adorned with tropical vegetation and a beachfront location, Frutas y Flores serves delicious local fare with comfortable outdoor seating on a lovely terrace. Featuring breakfast and theme dinners.
- El Caribeño - A casual restaurant located under a big palapa with a breathtaking Caribbean view. Guests will enjoy exquisite, freshly-caught seafood in a picturesque setting along the beachfront. Open daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Cana brava - Open daily located on the beach. Serves lunch, snacks and fresh seafood.
- The Palm Restaurant - The original Palm dates back to the 1920's located in New York. This version replicates the original from the dark-wood booths to the caricatures on the walls. Open for lunch and dinner specializing in steak and lobster.
