Accommodations: The 94 Bermudian-style cottages are some of the most posh accommodations on the island. All feature a private terrace with views of the gardens or water, perfect for a relaxing morning meal and watching the sunset while sipping drinks. The marble bathrooms feature whirlpool tubs. Amenities include TV, phone, high speed internet, in-room safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, bath amenities, robes, and beach towels. NOTE: Families are welcome, but the resort does not accommodate guests under 5 years of age.
Dining & Entertainment: For informal meals and drinks, try Breezes, a waterfront bistro on Long Bay Beach. Shutters is a poolside restaurant with a view of Mangrove Bay and Morning Beach. Traditional afternoon tea is served daily in the main house. The Tamarisk Room was recognized by Food & Wine as one of the best restaurants in Bermuda, and offers excellent cuisine, sophisticated atmosphere and an expansive wine list. Dine on an outdoor terrace overlooking the bay for a romantic evening of dinner and dancing. The resort also offers exchange programs with restaurants outside the property. For an extra romantic evening, private candlelit dining on a private beach or island can be arranged. TIP: Liberty Travel's Complimentary Concierge Service is on hand to make dining reservations in advance.
Recreation: Guests have access to the resort's 5 private beaches, 2 heated outdoor pools,3 tennis courts, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, and fitness center. A European spa offers over 100 different treatments for relaxation and rejuvenation. There are six 18-hole and two 9-hole golf courses in Bermuda, and guests at Cambridge have access to them all, including the nearby Robert-Trent championship course. There is also a putting green onsite. Guests can take part in organized excursions that include horseback riding and sightseeing. Bermuda's crystal blue waters and coral reefs are perfect for snorkeling. The sunset dinner cruises are a favorite among guests.
