Accommodations: All rooms and suites are located in 1- or 2-story buildings directly on the beach, and all have balconies and terraces -- guests can walk straight out onto the sand from lower levels, or enjoy a view of the Caribbean Sea from the upper levels. Cottages are located 50 yards from the beach, close to the bird sanctuary lagoon, and are among the most romantic lodgings in the resort. Each features a private sundeck and splash pool. Amenities for all accommodations include air-conditioning, TV, in-room safe, hairdryer, and complimentary bottled water. Internet access is available in the library
Dining & Entertainment: The Seagrape, the hotel's main restaurant, offers a Euro-Caribbean menu in an open-air, oceanfront setting, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a casual lunch or intimate candlelight dinner, reserve a thatched cabana at The Gauguin. Both restaurants are considered among the best on the island. The oceanfront setting of the Teepee Bar is perfect for sipping a tropical cocktail while watching the sun sink below the horizon. Drinks and hor d'oeuvres are served in the elegant atmosphere of the Lounge Bar. St. Johns is only 3 miles away, and offers plenty of off-site options for dining, as well as many bars and an exciting nightlife.
